How do we know?
Because I said so.
On the surface I am hoping the delivery phase pulls together the work put forth in steps one and two. This is the fruit of your labor (and ours, no doubt). Reports, cost analysis, projections, tax filing or planning to name a few. On a deeper level, I intend the delivery phase to change your thinking of how to run your business.
“Delivery” can take shape in many ways, but they’re all GOOD. In most cases, we will have come a long way together: we’ve uncovered; we’ve discovered; we’ve improved. We’ve defined meaningful goals and worked toward them, and now we’ve arrived.
This is a very good day. And given the foundation we’ve built, the days stand to get even better going forward.
