This is a mindset. This falls within the culture and understanding of profits. Right? And it’s really critical before we get into practical ways to increase your profit — is to get in the right mindset.

Yesterday we talked about where profits come from. Today we’re talking about never apologizing for placing profits first.

And this is just a decision that you need to make. This is a decision that you need to make as a business owner that while things get tough and a lot of personalities are in the business and a lot of issues and a lot of opinions are in the business, you took a risk. You opened the business.

Your end goal is profit. Ok? You can have social causes. You can have human resource causes. But at the end of the day, if you’re not making profit — what what are you doing?

So, we need to be completely unapologetic about wanting and desiring to generate profit.
