Meet Lindsey
Hailing from Raleigh, NC, Lindsey brings a unique and diverse background that enriches the SBS team. She holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Appalachian State University. After completing her studies, Lindsey began her career as a therapist while also working as a bookkeeper for different industries. She decided to switch to accounting full-time and began her work at a public firm specializing in nonprofits. Lindsey has a wide array of experience and expertise spanning almost a decade.
Her commitment to her clients and accounting work is just one aspect that makes her an incredible asset to the SBS team. Outside of work, Lindsey is passionate about mental health and dedicates her time to continuing her accounting education.

My organizational skills and empathy
What do you like most about what you do?
I love the organizational aspect of accounting, as it allows me to manage and control numerous tasks efficiently.
What are some of your other interests?
Spending as much time as I can with loved ones and being active. Reading and video games also help me recharge.
