Ariel is an accounting and process specialist who excels at bridging the gap between complex financial operations and team enablement. She brings a blend of technical full-cycle accounting experience and a passion for optimization, helping businesses streamline their workflows and build sustainable financial habits.
During her time at HORNE, Ariel demonstrated her versatility by transitioning from a hands-on Accounting Specialist to a dedicated Learning & Development Specialist for accounting processes. Over her tenure, she managed weekly and monthly financial statement reporting while simultaneously building out client transition plans, testing accounting automations, and training teams on year-end audit readiness.
Ariel thrives on making financial systems more efficient and ensuring clients and teams alike have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed!

I would say my professional super power is problem solving, I love figuring out a way to make something easier, quicker or clearer!

Definitely my coworkers and the flexibility SBS offers.
What do you like most about the craft industry?
I love the creativity involved; everything from the brewing process to how they choose to connect with their communities and local artists and vendors.
What are some of your other interests?
In my free time, i’m usually catching whatever new movie is in theaters right now, reading a thriller or playing cozy games.
What’s your craft beverage of choice?
I love a good IPA!
