With a notable history of identifying gaps in procedures and helping brainstorm for solutions, Cristy’s skills truly span across a variety of disciplines. Her mindset is the exact opposite of “just leave it alone,” as she enjoys tackling projects head-on and improving upon processes for the betterment of the entire team.
Prior to joining Small Batch Standard, Cristy was responsible for the solo office of Turner Williams & Associates—ensuring the entire operation ran smoothly as the sole individual in the Heber Springs office location. Cristy enjoys collaborating with others to reach a common goal. With a track record of supporting growth through learning, she is SBS’s core value “Build and Trust the Process” personified!
