In the conditioning phase we emphasize clarity. It is important that we all understand the various processes and technologies that have emerged from the boiling phase. The purpose of conditioning is to stabilize the new processes working toward reliable financials. This step is executed in one of two ways: 1) we ID a champion among your team and teach them the technical skills it takes to run the back office. Or 2) we do it for you using the sweetest technology in the land. The bottom line: during conditioning, back office processes are developed, documented, and executed.
